The Macoupin Center for the Developmentally Disabled.
MCDD is a day learning center that serves adults with disabilities in Macoupin County. We are a nonprofit organization that is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and memorials. We also receive funds from the Macoupin County Mental Deficiency Fund.
